We take great care and attention to boost every inch of performance that the fork offers. This is not your average bike shop service; it is our V-Spec performance service.

We can also tune dampers and fork springs with custom pistons, shim stacks, or aftermarket modifications. We have access to very special parts from Vorsprung and Fluid Focus.

• 100-hr V-Spec Fork Service:

 

Labor: $100 - Lower Leg + Air Spring Service.

The 100-hour service includes a thorough lower leg and air spring inspection, cleaning, rebuild, and lubrication. 

 

• 200-hr V-Spec Fork Service:​​

Labor: $190 - Damper + Lower Leg + Air Spring Service 

​

The full 200-hour service package includes a thorough damper inspection and cleaning, damper oil change and bleed, and air spring servicing. If any issues with the damper or air spring components are found during the inspection, we will contact the customer to provide an estimate for any additional service parts that may be required.

Fork ​Bushing Sizing & Burnishing: ​​​​​​​​

• Precise Bushing Sizing increments: 0.04, 0.07, 0.10, 0.13mm. 

• Sizing available for forks includes: 32, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38 & 40mm stanchions.

• Custom V-Spec Bushing Sizing:

 

Labor: $70 - À la carte. Precision sizing and burnishing of the fork lower leg.​

​If you can take your fork apart, remove the Damper and Air spring, and bring in the CSU and lowers, we can do this bushing service without a 100/200-hour service. 

​

Labor: +$50 - Save $20 with a 100/200hr Service: 

If bushing sizing is requested alongside a 100 or 200-hour service, you save some money on the bushing service with a +$ 50 additional cost.

The bushing burnishing service is a separate service to help get the most out of the chassis's mechanical function. Suppose the fork stanchions show apparent signs of tightness or friction in the lower leg as it moves through the travel. In that case, the fork will 100% benefit from proper bushing sizing and burnishing to ensure the absolute best performance. 

This service uses the best Motorex Supergliss 100k lower leg oil to ensure the best stanchion/lower lubrication. This oil includes surface-active substances that reduce friction and prevent stick-slip. It forms a pressure-resistant, adhesive film and clings to the bushings, ensuring smooth gliding suspension.
